Join us Friday for the release of the latest beer from the Solitary Series! This fall’s edition is a 9% ABV golden strong ale, made with fresh Crystal hops from Goschie Farms. We pushed our signature Kölsch yeast to its limits with this one, drawing out flavors of grilled pineapple, banana, and pear, reminiscent of a Belgian ale, all tied together with the elegant floral aroma of the fresh-picked hops.

We’re tapping the first keg this Friday, 10/11/24. Come raise a glass with us, and enjoy a meal from the Big Boys Filipino food truck. They’ll be here from 4:30 to 7:30 pm serving their delicious lumpia, rice bowls, and other flavorful Filipino food selected to pair with the new beer. It’s their first time at the taproom, so let’s give them a warm welcome!
