This Friday we’re getting ready to release a new IPA! Or rather, we’re getting ready to release a new batch of a returning IPA. It’s just been on a long vacation, maybe on a tropical beach somewhere. Well without too much more ado, I’d like to (re)introduce Apian IPA IV.
Apian IPA IV uses Waimea hops from New Zealand and Ekuanot hops from the Yakima Valley to produce a bright, citrusy hop character. We pile these on top of a super light base of pale malt and flaked barley, keeping the malt body light and refreshing. It’s the perfect summer IPA!
We’ll be tapping the first keg of this year’s Apian IPA IV on Friday 8/30. NWTXBBQ is joining us with their Texas-style BBQ. We hope you can join us too and welcome this IPA back in style!
