Our next entry in the Solitary Series is a blonde barleywine highlighting the flavor of meadowfoam honey from the Willamette Valley.  Meadowfoam gives honeybees a rich nectar from which they form a dark brown honey with unique flavors of toasted marshmallows and root beer.  This recipe showcases this meadowfoam honey atop a base of floor malted Maris Otter malt.
