From February 1st to the March 1st Watts Brewing Company will exchange any 6 packs of beer for any beer on tap. Individual beers? Save .50 cents off each pint.
By participating in the Watts Brewing Company Beer Exchange Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: Participants must be 21 years of age or older and provide valid identification to participate in the Program. All exchanges are subject to verification by Watts Brewing staff.
Exchange Policy: Participants may exchange unopened canned or bottled beer, up to a maximum of one six-pack (6 cans or bottles) per day, for Watts Brewing beers on tap. The exchange rate is as follows:
One (1) six-pack may be exchanged for one (1) beer on tap.
A single can or bottled beer may be exchanged for a discount of $0.50 off the price of one (1) beer on tap.
Conditions for Exchange: All exchanges are subject to the sole discretion of Watts Brewing staff. Staff reserves the right to refuse any exchange for any reason, including but not limited to the condition, brand, or packaging of the beer presented for exchange.
No Cash Value: Beers exchanged through the Program have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
Beer Disposal: All beer brought in for exchange will be disposed of onsite by Watts Brewing Company. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that the beer you exchange will not be returned or consumed on the premises.
Limitations: Participants are limited to one (1) exchange per day, per customer. Watts Brewing Company reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice.
Responsibility: Watts Brewing Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability that may arise from your participation in the Program. Participants agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations regarding the transportation, exchange, and disposal of alcohol.
Alcohol-Related Laws: This Program is intended to comply with all applicable state and local alcohol laws. Any unlawful activity in connection with the Program may result in immediate termination of participation, and participants may be subject to reporting to relevant authorities.
Discretion: All terms of the Program are subject to change at the discretion of Watts Brewing Company.
