A pale, smooth ale inspired by the ales of Koln, Germany. We took the crisp precision of this classic German style and adapted it to the American palate with PNW malts and hops, producing a beer of surprising depth and nuance for such a refreshing style.
Our signature rye ale features the earthy and faintly spicy quality of malted rye, interwoven with Yakima-grown Mt Hood hops. The result is a malt forward, yet dry balance with subtle fruit-like fermentation character and moderate hop bitterness.
This American-style bitter brings the principles of English session ales to the new world. American ingredients and British brewing techniques join forces to pack the richest malt flavor possible into a 4% beer.

Hornfaced Stout is a malty stout, leading with the dark chocolate flavor of roasted malt. The toasty character then mellows to share the stage with a subtle peanut butter flavor derived entirely from the interplay of light and dark malts.
An intense, pitch-black stout with bold coffee- and dark cocoa-like flavors from the dark roasted malts. This beer takes it’s name from the jet-black carpenter bees, genus Xylocopa.
Named for solitary bees--the multitude of species where each individual bee makes her own nest--the Solitary Series is our line of limited release stouts and strong ales. Each release is a unique beast, just like the bees, only brewed once. Get them quick before they vanish!
